Please help me found out the name of this song?

Ok so I was listening to the radio and this song came on and I loved
it I only remembered a couple words but the song was reggae so here's
a couple of the lyrics " fantastic is thee word..and the word is the
antidote"? " so teach them preach them and keep them off the streets,
I'll teach them til their hearts are as golden as the beach"?
And that's about all I remember so anyways thanks for any help
