Componen moves 'Hansel and Gretel' to Jan. 2013

Vital is pushing back "Hansel and Gretel: Witch Predators" from March 2 to Jan. 11, 2013, and will also be delivering the film in three dimensional. "Witch Predators" -- one of many approaching photos taking twists on the classic story -- toplines Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton because the fairytale brothers and sisters, set fifteen years following the pair get rid of the witch who kidnapped them. The brothers and sisters have trained as bounty predators looking for ghouls. The film initially was skedded to produce wide alongside Universal's "Dr. Seuss' The Lorax" and Warner Bros.' "Project X." "Witch Predators" presently has got the new date to itself. Componen has already established significant success in The month of january, with a couple of the month's top three openers -- "Cloverfield" in 2008 which past weekend's "The Demon Inside." The move also provides the studio additional time to organize a three dimensional online marketing strategy for "Witch Predators," in addition to distance the film from Renner's two other 2012 tentpoles, "The Avengers" and "The Bourne Legacy." In other arranging news, Par's Eddie Murphy comedy "A 1000 Words" bumps back per month to April 20, while Componen Vantage's "Shaun, Who Lives in your own home,Inch in the Duplass siblings helming team, is skedded for any March 16 limited release.
